The Talweg Rod Roost XL is exactly like the standard Rod Roost but uses a bigger magnet for larger rods. The XL works great for 7 weight rods and bigger, and even happily holds 13 foot spey rods.

The Rod Roost is designed to give you a hand when you need it. No more setting your rod down in the dirt while you land a fish or squeezing it in your armpit while you choose a new fly. The Large magnet allows for an instant, one handed connection that will hold your rod secure until you're ready to start fishing again.

Specs:

  • Aluminum carabiner
  • Magnet rated to 8 pounds
  • Fits best on 7-12 weight rods- With diameters between 0.5 inch and 0.75 inch
  • multiple hanging options to work with your own setup
  • Designed, tested, and made in Utah USA
  • U.S. Patent no. 12,564,183
