My initial purchase was quick and efficient in every department but the weight of my fly reel and rod were too much to hold during minor movement.
I mentioned that on their Facebook advertisement post, and they sent me a replacement one with a stronger magnet. I’m very surprised by this company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

I would have edited my comment on their FB page, but FB wouldn’t allow it?
